In California the best two are UCBerkeley and UCLA, then comes UCSB UCSD,
plus the private school USC, and the others are just so so. However, you probalby should fully realized that the competion in California is already rather intense, and there are too many talented Chinese Indians.
If you are excellent and confident enough, then go to California, then strive years to stand ou and make your fortune; if not, why not choose JH so that you can enjoy more other aspects of life? It depends on your ultimate goal and personality.
